Student Registration
PUSH BACK SEASON 2025–26

Welcome to the Radnor Robotics VEX V5 Competition Team!
Our program provides students with hands-on experience in robotics design, programming, teamwork, and problem-solving.

All experience levels are welcome — no prior robotics or coding experience is required. We just ask for curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

Club Meetings

Location: Radnor High School, Room #204
130 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087

 

Meeting Schedule:

  • Mondays & Thursdays: 3:20 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Sundays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (starting in October)

 

Expectations:

  • Each team member should attend at least one meeting per week.

  • Notify Mr. Delaney in advance if your student cannot attend.

 

Season Dates:

  • Regular season ends: March  14-15, 2026

  • If the team qualifies for Worlds: April 21–24, 2026 in St. Louis, Missouri

Student Registration & Club Dues

Club Dues: $50 per student

​

Payment Methods:

  • Zelle: radnorroboticsclub@gmail.com

  • Check: Payable to Radnor Robotics Club Association

    • Mail or deliver to Attn: Mr. Delaney, Radnor High School

    • Include student name in the memo line

​

Dues received by November 6th, Thursday , 2025  will ensure your student is placed on the competing Team 101A, 101B or 101C at the mentor's discretion

​

New Team Members:

  • Team T-shirt: $15 (required, included with dues payment)

  • Shirts distributed by Mr. Delaney

 

What Dues Cover:

  • 3–5 competition participation fees

  • Maintenance of equipment

  • Hospitality and team expenses

Note: Dues do not cover uniforms or travel expenses to competitions.

 

Important: Students must complete registration and submit dues in order to be placed on Team 101 A, 101 B, or 101 C, at the mentors’ discretion. Placement is based on skill, experience, and team balance.

Registration Steps:

  1. Complete the form linked above.

  2. Submit club dues ($50 + $15 T-shirt for new members).

  3. Student attend the next scheduled meeting — will be placed on Team 101 A, B, or C based on mentor discretion.

  4. Student receive team T-shirt and schedule.

Parent Involvement

 

The Radnor Robotics Club Association is a parent-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

 

Parents are encouraged to support the club by:

  • Volunteering at competitions (pit support, judging, scoring)

  • Providing transportation or team snacks/meals

  • Helping with fundraising or sponsorship outreach

  • Sharing professional skills (engineering, marketing, web, etc.)
